Technical Support

This service is always a 1 time charge of $115.00 USD per-visit for up to 2 hours of trouble shooting, maintenance, or both and then $45.00 USD per extra hour past 2 hours. For remote trouble shooting we charge $35.00 USD per hour spent trouble shooting your system. We offer a money back guarantee if we cant fix your problems we will refund you the total amount of your repairs and fixes.

The on site support cost includes a $25 trip charge for every visit automatically. If you require support and live outside the Denver Metro Area the trip charge will be increased if needed to cover to and from site travel.

For on-site and in-person repairs we work to reach out to you within 4-6 hours of your request to schedule your repair to assist you in your repair within 48 hours. For Emergency Repairs please call our support line directly at +1 (720) 797 7770

For online and remote support we aim to respond to your ticket within 2 hours and to have your issue resolved within 24 hours with a max of 72 for remote shipped physical repairs.
